The training shall provide competence in:

  • Mob boat
    • MOB boat technical
    • Maneuvering
    • Navigation
    • Communication
    • Search and rescue
    • Night-search

After completing the training, the participant shall be able to:

  • Mob boat
    • Be able to launch, dock, operate the boat and equipment in a satisfactory manner
    • Master the most common search methods
    • Perform person recovery in the water and be able to perform the functions of the MOB boat crew


Prerequisites


Mob boat basic course



Duration


The duration of the course is 1 day.

  • 1 course day is 8 hours with a minimum of 6 hours of effective teaching
  • 1 hour is 60 minutes

Night-search is carried out in the evening, after dark.



Submission


The e-learning must be completed  before the practical portion.



Target audience


The target group for the training is personnel functioning as crew on a MOB boat.
