The training shall provide competence in;

  • Organization of emergency preparedness
  • Effective management in an emergency situation
  • Collaboration - responsibilities and roles
  • Mental reactions and stress management
  • Behavior in emergency preparedness rooms

After completing the training you should be able to;

  • Take a role in the emergency management in your own organization
  • Contribute to effective and proactive management, including communication and interaction in an emergency situation
  • Explain the role and responsibility of the rescue service and the authorities in the event of incidents and accidents
  • Use their knowledge of mental stress management and crisis management in an emergency situation

The teaching will be a combination of lectures, discussion assignments and practical exercises.
