The course aims are to promote awareness of what constitutes abuse and neglect, promote understanding of the different types of abuse and neglect, as well as an understanding of what makes individuals vulnerable, and what disclosure and whistleblowing are and covers the legislation relevant to Safeguarding of Adults and Children.

This course is delivered over 2 consecutive days and ther eis pre-study which must be completed before attending he classroom training
