This IQA qualification will provide you with the opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and understanding to enable you to perform the role of internal quality assurer in an educational institute.

- Course Duration: Minimum 90 Guided Learning Hours
- Course Location: Online / Distance /Classroom
- Level 2 in literacy, numeracy or equivalent.
- Delegates must be aged 18+.
- Completion of our online initial assessment form.
- Access to the Internet.
- Laptop / Computer.
- Word 97 or newer.
- To be familiar with uploading and downloading files.
- If you plan to complete the course as a distance course, you will need to have access to courses being delivered and assessed for you to complete your internal quality assurance of the assessment decisions.
- You will also need to have an expert witness who is a fully qualified and experienced IQA if you want to complete this as a distance course.
- If you don't have access to suitable courses or if you do not have an IQA available to act as your expert witness you would need to complete the practical module with us at our training centre in Colchester, Essex. There is no additional charge and this is our recommended option.
Recommended
It is recommended (but not required) that learners hold one of the following qualifications prior to enrolling
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
- A1 Assess candidate performance using a range of methods
- D32/D33 assess candidates performance/assess candidates using a different range of methods
