Learning Objectives
The course gives an overview of the instruments and techniques used in experimental magnetosphere / ionosphere physics. It provides a basis for the interpretation of measurements and instrumentation within the subject field.

Professional content
The course deals with experimental methods in space physics, including instrument carriers, satellite mechanics, radiation detectors, measurement of electrical and magnetic fields, radio methods, optical measurements, data transfer and telemetry.
