This gathering focuses on AIT training with the main goals of:
- An understanding of procedures and working in a cleanroom environment
- Create an insight into assembly, integration, testing and launching space equipment
More specifically, students will gain a better understanding of:
- preparations and processes required to operate in a cleanroom
- preparations and processes needed to operate in an ESD-safe environment
- integration procedure in a cleanroom
- vibration and shock testing
- vacuum testing
- qualification and acceptance test for space equipment
- operations and infrastructure of Andøya Space
